You shouldn't be embarrassed by your ignorance but you should be embarrassed that despite your ignorance you commented anyway.

If your goal is to learn, you should probably recalibrate your enthusiasm for attacking the facts and dismissing any dissent.

If it was on Fox, then their viewers would be better informed than you.

I'm not in a place where I can watch video conveniently, sorry. I was relying on the written account, which is apparently inaccurate. I thank you two gentlemen for graciously informing me of this.

Good job. I think you are growing. Crack open a cold one and watch the media frenzy.

Ill just leave this here.

Link

quote:

Jackson said the officer was aware cigars had been taken in the robbery of a store nearby, but did not know when he encountered Brown and Dorian Johnson that they might be suspects. He stopped them because they were walking in the street, Jackson said.

But Jackson told the Post-Dispatch that the officer, Darren Wilson, saw cigars in Brown's hand and realized he might be the robber.

hmmm, the guy in the picture that Brown is physically assaulting looks 'Indian-Pakistani' ie some form of mid-east eurasian, I mean Joe the genius Biden knows you can't go in a 7-11(or Dunkin Donuts) unless you have a slight Indian accent right?

Clearly Brown is guilty of something far far worse than assault, and about 1000x worse than robbery, jay walking or any other charge that could be trumped up.

That my people is a HATE CRIME!!!.

As any good prog-lefty can tell you, there is nothing more heinous, more vile or more disgusting than a hate crime.

Lib-media to self examine.. film at 11.

This is not going to make a difference to the people that are pissed off for racial reasons. They have formed an emotional bond to Mike Brown and they will rationalize the release of the robbery video by saying the video is a character assassination by The Man and an attack on his memory.

Ferguson may get even worse.

This entire ordeal illustrates the enthusiasm that some have in jumping to a negative conclusion about an entire race the facts are known.

Either we are witnessing horrendous reporting or a jackass of a Police Chief dribbling out information in away that does nothing but inflame.

Additionally, is this self-serving, can it be trusted? Is he saying this after hearing the radio interview?

What a fricking ridiculous clown show.

Irrelevant. Either you have interest in the truth or you dont. There is no middle ground. Those that dont are idiots that cloud their views with emotion and racism. Doesnt matter which side is telling the truth. If its the officer or the witnesses, either way, failure to accept the truth is the height of idiocy.

Well, its a clown show on all ends, not just this guy.

The truth will come and the character of people will be judged by how they handle the truth

Seems like the average civil servant just trying to do his job, but not really all that competent.. which makes him one of millions.

The first thing anyone in that position needs to realize is that whatever they say will be used, twisted, and cropped in a manner that will suit the person reportings agenda. He may well have done his job as prescribed by releasing only what is relevant and or allowed, but it won't change the actual outcome.

Meh. None in that community out there looting and protesting was interested in the truth. They dont care that he is a felony robbery suspect at the time. That he was latter confirmed to have committed the crime.

I doubt many are going to be interested in listening to the shift in narrative by the liberals either as they look to create victims and point fingers instead of just looking at the facts and owning their misjudgments

It may have been a good shoot, dont know yet, and I agree that many in the community and all of the looters will not care if a good shoot is proven.

My point has always been that if the cop did wrong he should be punished. That is all. I was not debating the merits of the protesters and definitely not the looters.

After seeing the video, I can see the aggressiveness in the deceased and have no problem believing that he may have assaulted the officer and tried to take his gun, and if so, the shooting was justified in my opinion.

I was watching CBS News, and they interviewed some black official who said that the video was nothing more than character assassination

Sure, dude. A video that shows Brown a) committing a crime, and b) exhibiting physically aggressive behavior, it's not relevant at all. Even though it's the "victim" on tape, it's nothing but character assassination.

Stupid bastard.
