I smell the biggest lawsuit in American history.

Jet fuel can’t melt steal beams.

No the real cost will be from the inspections, and most likely condemned buildings, that were made using this same design or same construction company.

Yet no detonation/ explosion. You ever been present for "controlled demo" of that magnitude?
This collapse is very similar to Hard Rock collapse.

All demolition does is take out the internal structural support causing it to collapse.
If said internal support were to naturally weaken and give way it would look the same

Yeah-it's going to add up if a lot of people are bought out of sister buildings, if it is indeed a design or construction flaw. It could however be environmental factors unique to that location, or more likely, a combination of all of the above.

Exactly. No booms or flashes from explosions in that video. Collapse started at the bottom.

Someone in one of the units downloaded McAfee security.

I don't know shite about demolition, but nothing would surprise me at this point. Probably needed this for aircover for some underhanded shite they have going on.

Ignited jet fuel can weaken the connection between beam and column, causing failure. This can happen if the connection between beam and column has no intumescent foam fireproofing, as would be the case if the area were subject to a high velocity blast, such as an airliner going from 600 mph to 0.
Then when the connection between beam and column releases at mid column (most columns carry two stories), the column can then support 25% of it's original static design load.
Miami will prove to be structural failure BELOW grade.

How would you hear the boom in that footage?
How would you see the flash due to the tree lines?

Read up on the construction woes at the Higgins hotel in Nola. As they poured floors of concrete it began sagging. They reinforced and finished it and it’s open. Not sure I would stay there though My opinion is the lack of understanding by engineers and their employers who want minimum tolerance in everything. In the good ole days of excellence in engineering, like the 50s and 60s , they would have a multiple factor for safety over and beyond what’s required. Not anymore.
