Please look at the pictures in the link or elsewhere. There is no way that any sane human crossed that border by mistake. There is also no way any normal person in SoCal does not know that firearms are illegal in Mexico, especially a marine reservist who regularly traveled to Mexico.
It just is not plausible, I am no fan of Obama but this is a fake crisis drummed up by Fox for ratings.

Yes they should all be deported, but you know they won't be. So US law means nothing, but if you violate Mexican law you're a bad bad boy and must be punished.
The Commies are out in force. You know who controlled that aircraft, the cartels pay the pilots to fly cover and this isn't the first time this has happened. A helicopter that accidentally crosses the border? Accidents happen. A helicopter that does it and fires on the Border Patrol? WHY would they have a legit reason to do that? That chopper should be intercepted and shot down I don't care which side of the border they are on.
Police or soldiers on our side of the border? Lost? Maybe? Send them home on the spot. If they FIRE on the Border Patrol or American citizens? Take them out.

Vegas Eddie, what are you saying? Because he is first generation Mexican he isn't Mexican? Because he's parents were not born in Mexico then he is not Mexican? Bet if you asked him he'd proudly say he was Mexican, just like one of your first generation ancestors probably proudly proclaimed themselves as American.
