Maybe, but I sort of wonder if the special counsels and raids are FBI/DOJ coverup operations. He can say they will investigate this vigorously, then they actually bury anything that could damage Biden.

A lot of speculation as to if he'll announce a special counsel. I don't think so but if he does, they've known about this since November. Why would he appointed a SC 2 days after it goes public.
