Genes lend privilege. Should that be mitigated via DEI standards?
Of course Whites have privilege, they imagined and invented the current and highly prosperous civilization so it is not surprising that they would prosper in such a scenario. Their Genes helped.
If Rapinoe or most any White were dropped into a pre-White African civilizational model, they couldn't cut it. For both Genetic and psychological (Racism/Tribalism) reasons.
IMO, many Blacks (all Ethnicities as well) are very sensitive re the psychological 'inferiority complex' thing. All but the truly 'religious'/Spiritual ones or intellectual heavyweights like Sowell. To the degree that one is blind of Truth, they will take the 'Ego' bait every time. Plenty of that. Thank you Lucifer/Satan.

I am 60+ years old and what was ugly when I was younger is attractive today (probably because there is beauty in youth), but Clark is not that attractive. She’s not ugly, but definitely not a head turner (except for her height).
