The wife asked they are not using Caucasian. I replied they are growing numbers by putting all poc together to out grow whites in majority percentage. The part of him being listed as white is to lower numbers for poc being charged in crime and grow the numbers for whites being charged. A purposeful act to make whites the minority is the goal.

What I do know is that Hispanic is an ethnicity attached to the races of white, black, and sometimes Asian.

In conversational terms, the guy in the OP would be referred to as a Hispanic male. For practical purposes, he's a Hispanic male. The race of white is implied.

Formally, he's at a minimum a white male (w/m) or if you want to dial it in, a white Hispanic male (w/h/m). White Hispanic male is more detailed, but that doesn't make white male wrong.

A booking sheet might show race/ethnicity or just race. If it only shows race, then it's going to show "white" for the guy in the OP.

This isn't rocket science. It's a reach to take the OP and present it as some sort of evidence that they're tying to blame white people for everything. (They might be, but that's not evidence of it.)
