House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said the military’s vaccine mandate will be lifted or the national defense bill will not move forward.

"We're working through what is the [National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">, the national defense bill, we will secure lifting that vaccine mandate on our military. Because what we're finding is, they're kicking out men and women that have been serving. … That's the first victory of having a Republican majority, and we'd like to have more of those victories, and we should start moving those now," McCarthy told host Maria Bartiromo on "Sunday Morning Futures."

The White House said Saturday that the Biden administration was considering repealing the military's COVID-19 vaccine mandate after speaking with McCarthy.

Has he been a voice for it in the past? Serious question because I don’t recall him being vocal about the issue.

The DoD has been discussing with the White House about allowing servicemembers to opt out of the vax for the last 4 months.

Depends. I'll say there are a lot of those who are still awaiting a decision to be made and such personnel actions can then take additional weeks or months to be processed before orders are cut. Lot of involuntary separations over this have been in limbo due to legal uncertainty, service members who have already been separated and/or have GOMOR's in their files may have legal standing to sue their way back in and have those GOMOR's recinded.

Hey McCarthy, now do the following, which will Never happen:

1. Stop funding Ukraine

2. Audit & shutdown the Fed (this will never happen), although the Fed will cease to exist once they roll in the Cyber Currency System. Right now the Fed is just a “USD$ BANKRUPTCY MACHINE”

3. Start a new committee that we could name “Operation Treason” and do the following:

A. use the Hunter laptop to round them all up.

B. Use Twitters evidence of election tampering to round up these treasonous anti-Americans.

NONE OF THIS WILL HAPPEN, they’ll just spoon feed us a couple of “moral victories like this military vaccine deal” which is LUDICROUS from the onset, all the while, they will continue to launder money as usual.

The USA is GONE as we knew it! The enemy within, you have to give them credit, they were patient & methodical.

The only thing left is the 2A, at least Musk is providing some new energy into the 1A, which is refreshing!

As of right now their decisions aren't getting reversed. There is a small number of people who kept fighting and pushing their appeal, and they're already back in. If your appeal was already rejected that court injunction didn't help you, but if you were still technically in the appeal stage it did.

I expect the turnip will give up this particular fight.

They should receive back pay for whatever they lost out on!! They fail to realize, that without our veterans, we don’t have a country. Treat them as such!!

Half-measures from McCarthy and the Republican Party. It's not possible that there's a measurable testosterone level in any of these people.

Here's my proposed Executive Order that I will sign at the podium when I am inaugurated, along with quite a few others.

Executive Order on COVID and Flu Vaccine Policies in the Military

Senior leadership and medical personnel, since COVID emerged, have lost trust. As a result, policies must change and justice must be done.

Flu and COVID vaccines are now optional for all DoD personnel. Personnel must request these vaccines, in writing. No one in the DoD is permitted to influence these decisions. A physician must discuss potential side effects and effectiveness data before either of these vaccines can be given. Further, the DoD is directed to have all medications with a signal of effectiveness against COVID or the Flu (such as Ivermectin), in sufficient amounts for all DoD members and their families, and provide them to DoD employees without hassle, and to refuse only if a medication is absolutely contraindicated.

Any incident (past or present) of vaccine administration without consent must be reported to DoD law enforcement.

There was never substantial evidence to warrant the mandatory COVID vaccine for servicemembers. The Judge Advocates General in all branches are directed to determine if violations of law, or the Uniform Code of Military Justice occurred.

All discharges for refusal to accept the COVID vaccine will be reversed. DoD will make funds available to the Board of Corrections for Military Records, who shall overturn all discharges and award back pay to any servicemember discharged for this reason. The Secretary of Defense is directed to transfer funds from SES and Flag Officer budgets, including travel budgets, to expedite the availability of funds. These budgets will be drained until all affected individuals are made whole. After, these budget lines will not be restored. This administration does not need additional funds from Congress, meaning the taxpayer. The DoD leaders that abused these servicemembers and created this problem are going to pay for this problem.

Any servicemember that was discharged for refusing the COVID vaccine is eligible to re-enter the military immediately. Discharge paperwork should be presented to a recruiting office, which will schedule a date to re-induct the member as quickly as possible, in the same job and paygrade unless a change is desired by the servicemember.

DoD will give instructions to recruiters to facilitate members re-entering active duty in submitting requests for reversing the prior discharge, and providing back pay. Further, a lump sum payment of $50,000 will be given to each affected servicemember.

It is DoD policy to respect civil rights, to include religious preferences. Any servicemember in the rank of O-5 of higher, or SES employee, that denied religious or scientific exemptions for the COVID vaccine will immediately have all security clearances revoked, receive a written reprimand, and be removed from command and leadership positions; or, for SES positions, terminated. They will be given appropriate punishment, and targeted for the lowest possible characterization of service. These individuals are ordered to notify superiors that they denied these exemptions. Anyone that denied these exemptions and is now retired will undergo paygrade review and may be recalled to active duty to receive adverse personnel actions.

Conduct of senior leadership during COVID was an affront to the tenets of leadership and constituted abuse of subordinates. These same senior leaders have, undoubtedly, punished subordinates for far less.

The Department of Defense has a long history of abuses of servicemembers in the discharge process, particularly through administrative measures. It has repeatedly been called to Congress to testify about such abuses, has promised to rectify issues, and failed to do so. The Congress has failed, miserably, in the follow-up and oversight role. This administration will follow-up and get things fixed.

This redress of injustice due to mandatory vaccine requirements is just the start of this administration's commitment to fixing the military justice system, among other issues, and insuring there is no longer a system whereby senior personnel ruin lives, careers, readiness, and morale without consequences. Justice will be done.
