I vilify them in general.

So you're okay with Biden increasing the stock buy back tax for the giant oil companies?
Posted on 2/7/23 at 12:21 pm to WildTchoupitoulas
Sure
Although I do have a problem with targeting business with taxation based on line of business.
That’s what is otherwise known as a fine.

Pro illegal, cheap labor immigration. Pro Chinese business relations at all costs. Mom and Pop Chamber membership is a misnomer. It's all about a global new world order cabal.

It's been a long time. They're globalists and have pushed for cheap labor (i.e. illegal immigrants) for decades.

Okay, I'm smelling what you're stepping in...

What grade do the never McCarthy types give him?
Are you willing to say you’re wrong yet?
He lost a lot of backing for his stupid blubbering about Jan 6 ...he sounded like a damn Democrat at times!!!

So far, he gets an A. And I didn’t trust him at all. We will see how it goes, but I have to give credit where credit is due.
Thanks for the response. I’m genuinely curious to see how/if the prevailing board opinion on him shifts. What I’m hopeful for is that his actions as leader as enough to bring in the Trump or nobody types. I don’t think the Right can win without those particular voters. But they have to also keep the standard, dare I say establishment republicans too. McCarthy has a hard job ahead of him and navigating these waters to create a unified front is a must. We’ll lose badly if we’re fractured.

Not specifically- but the holdouts were insistent on avoiding being the right wing of the Uniparty. The Chamber of Commerce is the fundamental reason we have this immigration debacle. They’re the American Arm of the WEF. Or at least so far as I’m concerned. They’re about business- but the Big kind. The organization has lost its way. Perhaps irredeemably. They can go hang out with Mitt Romney.
You’re spot on with they type of business the US Chamber is an advocate for. Small business is the driver of the economy and they’ve been hung out to dry.

Everyone gonna be afraid of Matt Gaetz and about 15 other idiots who are only interested mainly in scoring political points and owning the other side.Mainly for the aggrandizement of themselves. Bet that Gaetz,et al have are richer today then when they started in DC.
Demonize the Chamber in this case, until they quietly give money to your SuperPAC.....then , maybe not such a bad group of guys.

Since when?
since they are only interested in the bottom line ion the big corps - they don't care where the $$ comes from or how many Americans are harmed in the process. big bucks for big business => cheap labor from overseas = more profits for big business.

The Chamber is anti-American.
If CofC members can make money off of illegal immigration, the CofC screams "tear down the wall!" If female illegals are raped or trafficked in the process, the CofC doesn't care.
If Dems trick, trap, cajole illegals into voting socialist, the CofC doesn't care. Socialists can be bought. If illegals end up heavily dependent on taxpayer services driving up the deficit, the CofC doesn't care. The CofC says "just keep the cheap labor coming!"
If China is dumping steel, and that (temporarily) drops manufacturing costs, the CoC says "dump more!" If the Chinese government subsidizes manufactured products to undercut international production and gain industry control, the CofC doesn't care. It says "we don't GAS about US industry. Just get us those cheap Chinese products."

They came out hard along with Kocke brothers against the immigration policy.
They want cheap labor.
The chamber is ran by multinationals companies now. They want cheap labor. So they promote that in China and other places.
