I am not giving them an excuse but they did get a bigly strongly worded letter that they should not release -it- IT IS DANGEROUS OH NOES- from the people that are exposed in it having some fourth in charge flunky WARN THEM.

It's all about the timing.
This memo can only be released ONCE for the first time. They want it to have a huge impact. My guess is that it will come out two days before the State of the Union address.
It will be a huge frick You to the Democrats, HRC, President Pigment and the rest.

Does "abusing" surveillance powers mean law enforcement officials broke the law? It sure sounds like it. If that is the case, why haven't they already been arrested? Hard to imagine Trump and Sessions wouldn't aggressively go after people who broke the law while surveilling the Trump campaign and/or administration. Only logical conclussion is that the memo makes nothing but unsubstantiated and outrageous claims.

I read something the other day (I forget where) that Trump was going to lead the charge on making sure those that should be cuffed also get fired and not sent to HR. His lawyers slowed his roll because these same people will testify against him in the honest Bob SC. So let them hang themselves.
I think this is nuts but the entire thing is way out of hand nuts.

Sure. Even though you have absolute proof of corruption in the DOJ and specifically the FBI, the best move is to announce that you that info but then sit on it and do nothing. I mean known criminals will just go about their business and wait for you to release it. Nothing to worry about.

To build maximum exposure and effect Trump should announce on Tuesday during his SOTU speech that the memo will be released on Thursday at high noon.
