It depends on what he's willing to offer. It might be worth it

Just Mayorkas? I'm surprised there are not dozens of Bureaucratic State Skunks looking for deals, most of them must still believe Team Trump is not going to touch them.....they're probably right.

Yeah jerkoff, you can get immunity only if you are willing to come clean and identify exactly who and what orders you were given by the administration under oath on TV for everyone to see.

FFFUUUUUCCCCCKKKKKK that dude.

Why is he in talks to step down for immunity? Trump is going to fire his arse in 7 weeks. He doesn't have to step down.

How would this work with no current criminal proceedings? An actual statute at large? It sounds like a pre-emptive pardon but I'll admit I'm not completely clear on the distinction.

Why doesn't he ask the POTATO or Heels Up to pardon him from any wrong doing?

Mayorkas should be hanged publicly.

When it comes out what they did at the border, it will be one of the biggest crimes ever exposed.

Human trafficking, NGO's and a lot of sleeze bags that have gotten filthy rich off of it. FEMA funds, etc. etc.

Who wouldn’t want immunity after trying to kill two Presidential candidates three plus times?

Not sure he can be granted immunity for state crimes
and I imagine that some creative attorney generals in the state of Texas will not be attorney general of the United States that can come up with some state crimes and Texas prisons are not comfortable

Too late. He must go down for the border crime

You seem to also forget that he was almost certainly the lead conspirator in the Trump assassinations and that he denied RFK Secret Service Protection in hopes that someone would murder him. Cheatle approved of RFK’s protection just to be denied by her boss Mayorkas.
