Maybe I am wrong but I don't really see this as a pocket knife

When I think of a pocket knife, I picture my grandpa's Old Timer or something similar. I always generally think of something with a small blade under 2"

The whole time, those in defense of Karmelo kept saying "pocket knife," and by the end of the trial, you would have thought he used a toothpick.

Yesterday, they file dumped everything from the case (dumping it on Juneteenth was diabolical BTW), and this is the knife used

To me, that is a bit more aggressive than a pocket knife. I keep knives in my truck and a little box opener on my keychain, but don't carry a pocket knife, so maybe my thoughts on what people consider pocket knives are skewed, as I said.

Is this a pocket knife to you, or a bit more aggressive than just a pocket knife?

Jazzy said it was just a little utility knife, like a Swiss Army knife.

Nothing dangerous.

It was just one stab you racist POS. Metcalf had this coming. He clearly could not handle a fight that he intentionally started. If one poke kills him, he wasn't that tough to begin with, was he?

That’s what I would call a tactical knife.

Me too, and I think most honest people would agree. The blade is not only longer than a pocket knife, but it is also wider, making the cut both deeper and larger. It's not simply a pocket knife

Also, the cord cutter on the knife makes it clearly a tactical knife

Or in terminology the dims better understand that would be an "Assault Knife".

I collect knives and have a few folders/flippers with larger blades than what is shown. So yes, I would consider that a pocket knife, doesn't make it any less lethal when used with dangerous intent.

I asked Grok and it said "the blade looks roughly 3 to 3.5 inches long"

Again, longer than what most people would consider a pocket knife.

I think that is what everyone pictured the whole time. At least I did and kept wondering how you could kill someone with one stab but seeing the actual knife and blade size makes more sense.

Technically, if it fits in your pocket and is designed to carry in your pocket, it is. Any knife with a blade with at least two inches can pierce the heart.

It looks like something my MIL gave my wife in a car safety bag. If you look, there is a little hook with a blade in it at the end.. Supposedly, if you are in a accident and can't get your seat belt undone, you can cut the belt with that part. (Imagine being able to reach this thing in an emergency if your seatbelt won't come loose). But if the blade folds out, it's definitely a lethal weapon regardless of what you call it.

ETA - found one:

3.5 inch blade. More than capable of piercing the heart.
