Uh, yes you do. That how we ended up with animals docile enough fo hipsters to call them “fur babies”.

Nailed it. Honestly, I couldn't care less that she killed a dog. The dog killed someone's domesticated chickens. You have to put it down.

This poster right here is part of that 56%. Clueless about country life. It is condemning killing a dog, but all to happy to conform to baby killing. Take a step back and think about sick people like this poster.

I would guess your hunting experience is confined to hunting vegan tacos.

When it comes to the activists, it's the same people pushing animal rights, abortion, no meat diets, Hinduism, pedophilia, climate change, sexual deviations, etc.

There are also a bunch of programmed followers that can't see through the crap.

I love dogs too, but if you subscribe to the idea that puppies shouldn't be sold but instead should be given up for adoption (with a re-homing fee).......

YOU MIGHT NEED SOME BLUE HAIR DYE!

Probably because the dog in question did that as well.

I'm not miffed about Noem nor particularly inclined to defend her or the practice. It wouldn't be disqualifying for me.

But weird as it may be, it could be a huge long term hurdle for her in national politics.

This is the main problem with the USA and will cause us to collapse eventually. The main stream media and Sally the stay at home mom will not tolerate real solutions to violent behavior. Be it people or animals. They don't have the stomach for it, because they believe all people and animals to be inherently good, which neither are.

I think there are a lot of things you can read into this story. I'm a pretty big dog guy, but it's obvious America is having a dog decade of sorts which probably isn't completely unrelated to perpetual adolescence and declining birth rates.

Personally I think it's a bit nuts Noem threw that story in the book (at least phrased as it is), but it's nonetheless crazy that it could actually be the end of her prospects as a national candidate.

I love dogs myself, however there is a scary epidemic of human beings in this country placing the worth of their dog above the worth of a human life. I did an unscientific Facebook poll last year where I asked the question if they would rescue their dog or a human being that they didn't know from a house fire if given the choice. Almost 80% of the people who answered the poll (most of whom were fellow Millennials) answered that they would save their dog before saving a human being.

Lmao the irony. You’re such a low information fraud in every way. And just for the record, I’ve never killed a dog even when they’ve caused trouble on my property. I just drop them in the woods but a lot of other people who live on farms or ranches absolutely shoot dogs who harm other animals or wreck shite trying to harm other animals. As usual you have no idea what you’re talking about,

What about those of us who are vehemently against abortion, not at all clueless about what you call "country life" and also condemn Noem's killing of this dog? Have you "taken a step back" and thought about us?

Honest question - you're familiar/comfortable with farm/ranch life, and Noem killing this dog is something new?

I didn't grow up on a farm but did grow up in SD. It's pretty normal to put unproductive/problematic animals down.

She is done politically outside of SD. The nation doesn’t support puppy killers.

What an idiot to put that in a book.

He's probably one of those "organic" hobby farmers.
