I don't care about this. If I'm MasterCard I would allow you to put anything you want on the card as long as I know who you are for collection.
The problem will be the first time somebody requires an ID and your name doesn't match, but I can't remember the last time I was asked for one.

Considering Credit Cards are based on Contract Law this'll go over really well. Card holders make a contractual promise to pay in $US the amount extended on credit, that's what the whole signature on the receipt is all about.
If my legal name is "Bob Bobinski" but I sign "Flow Moor" am I really contractually obligated?
