Kentucky already has Mitch's spot up for midterms in 111 days. We already have candidates chosen through the primary process for that election. If mitch's office becomes vacant before September 8(56 days before regularly scheduled election), we will have a special election.
The special election candidates will be provided/selected by the parties. No primary.
The Kentucky state Republican party isn't picking fn Massie as the flag bearer. lol
Massie could run as an Indy. He could get the ever popular Libertarians to back him. They win a lot of statewide offices. lol
If Massie couldn't win his district and has never run for statewide office, why would anyone consider this?

If Massie had put this much energy into passing the SAVE Act, as "the most conservative member of Congress with a 180% Liberty Score," should have, and should be, he'd probably have won his election. Instead he just wanted to cry about Trump, MAGA, and the Jews rather than actually do anything.

That's an ironic state, as it was Massie that voted against advancing The Save Act to the House Floor for a vote.
