Welfare has gone down? Cuts in the rate of growth aren't cuts. That's like saying you can lose weight by putting on fewer pounds than you put on last year.
Milei is showing the world how real cuts are done, how fast an economy can rebound from it, and most of all, how much of a political winner it is. Trump has done none of that.
Milei did it the moment he got in office as well. Now sure, I do believe Milei had more power to be able to make those kinds of cuts, but let's not pretend that Trump doesn't love spending. The dude has yet to veto a single spending bill.
Love what Trump has done on immigration. I'll 100% grant him that.
