A Democrat tradition in their strongholds is to count votes until the Dem comes out ahead AND STOP. This has been, for example, the Philly tradition for decades.

It isn't corrupt in any way. It's Democratic (with a capital D).

I tell ya, these freaking states like to look down on MS and AL, but we can freaking run an election and get everything in on time. Also the count is known by the next day. Add to that, there are no grossly overpaid full time election officials in any counties either.

The kind that doesn't enforce it's own voting procedure laws, and when the violations are bold and obvious, they just yawn and look the other way.

If I am the Republicans in any of these states, I stop reporting on election day until the Dem numbers start coming in.

Part of me hopes Sinema takes the win so the people of Arizona can wake up.

Most recent update has McSally picking up a net of 447 votes. Still down 9,000+ but a ways to go.

Mail in ballots, idiot. can't you read? Mail in ballots are postmarked so you know exactly when they were submitted, but they take a few days to arrive.

The postal service is not email.

Yah but theres hundreds of thousands of election day votes that should lean R yet to be counted.

The disconnect is that Sinema leads in Maricopa County, but that's minus a ton of ED votes.

That's encouraging to hear. Are they from Maricopa county?

McSally gained 1300 votes today according to the last update from the Secretary of State website. When they first made the announcement that there were votes still to count, the local observers said the first batch of updates would heavily favor Sinema but from that point on the rest should favor McSally. However, I am not sure they thought Sinema would flip 26,000 in Pima County and go from 17,000 down to 9,000 up. Definitely something shady going on.

Mostly from Maricopa but some from smaller.

I read somewhere that Trump won these late ED-ish drop off votes by more than 10% in Maricopa, which would be more than enough. Even winning by 6% should be enough

Screw that noise. You can expose them while keeping an R in office.
