Interesting theory.
My question is a specific one about GA criminal procedure (to which I am not familiar).
Is Meadows precluded from using this defense in GA state court?

So there is something wrong in saying republicans have some candidates that can beat Biden but Trump isn’t one of them? Do you ever talk to anyone not a devoted follower of Trump? Doesn’t seem so.

You aren’t pretending that you aren’t a democrat are you?

He’s 100% correct.
Funny that it was previously used to stop state jurisdictions from rounding up communists and prosecuting them under state sedition laws.
Also during the civil rights era to prevent hostile jurisdictions from harassing and jailing civil rights workers.

Not sure why it’s so hard for some people to understand but 2020 was not about people wanting Biden it was about people hating Trump.
Really? That’s why Trump received the most votes of any Republican candidate in history?
No, Biden was never elected, but appointed.

If that makes you feel better, you just keep telling yourself that.

Too bad they let democrats and independents vote isn’t it.

all these indictments are going to lessen that feeling
I'm not really disagreeing with anything in your post per se, but moreso asking a general question---
Do you actually think there is an appreciable population of people whose perspective is "Well, I was going to vote for Donald Trump next year, but since he's been indicted now I won't"?
In my mind, I don't really see the indictments themselves as having any real impact on Trump's general election support one way or another. Everyone who left his voting base did so in the aftermath of 2020, or after the midterms.

It’s too bad they let them vote multiple times. It’s also bad they let illegals and the dead vote

I don’t think it will have an effect on most republicans but do think it will widen the gap with independents who may have been on the fence.

You said no one wanted Trump in 2020, so why would they want him now. I pointed out that more people voted for him in 2020 than any Republican in history. You simply ignored that fact.
But you’d have me believe that a brain dead candidate like Biden who spent his entire campaign in the basement and couldn’t fill a high school gymnasium somehow got the most votes of any president in history?
You are right, one of us lives in a dream land . It’s just not me.

First, never said that. Second, there were many more people that wanted Trump out of the WH than wanted him in. 2020 was a repeat 2016. Trump won in 2016 because people despised her and voted against her. In 2020, the majority of the country despised Trump. That’s my opinion just as your view is nothing but your opinion.

Trump getting more votes than any republican candidate in history isn’t opinion. It’s fact
