so far the only one flat out refusing to agree to cooperate with this investigation is ford as well as refusing to provide her therapist notes she "claims" back up her story.
i suspect it will be wrapped up today with a notation she refuses to cooperate so nothing more can be done or investigated and therefore her story isnt credible

So all McConnell has to do is call their bluff and have the vote and they will vote "Yes". They are not going to throw their careers away over this.
Flake is irrelevant and not needed.
