So? The regional power grid is still going to have a massive impact on your life.

Bro. Not all of us live in the swamp in the summers.

Florida living is nice. Now that my mom has passed away I highly doubt I am ever heading back to Baton Rouge for anything (except maybe an LSU game).

You ever been to Montana? And I'm not talking about Bozeman or Billings.

It is. We'll be back when it gets too cold.

Do you live completely off the land? The regional grid is difficult to maintain with solar and wind, especially in areas with large amounts of nothingness. You’re most likely having to “push” electricity a long ways from where it’s generated.

Absent massive battery storage, solar ain't all that great in the dark.

Winds also tend to calm down when it gets dark.

I understand why you’re trying to be obtuse and side step the arguments and concerns. I don’t blame you, you have no idea what you’re talking about.

Go ahead and explain how I have to go to bed when the sun goes down.

Also, am I living off the land or just generating my own power?

From 6% to 12%. Let me clue you in child, nobody fricking cares, especially when Montana's own website is touting its coal and natural gas reserves. Coal and hydropower will continue to supply the overwhelming majority of Montana's power for decades after your arse is nothing but a pathetic meal for worms...

Nobody. For some reason, maybe your poor reading comprehension skills, you imagine that argument has been made. It is the vast majority of the renewable power in Montana though. As it is for almost every other state with access to hydroelectric power.

Of course. So it's idiotic to think it's an important point.

Solar and wind are intended to replace coal-fired power plants, and Montana is absolutely moving in that direction.

Yeah, must be the current and proposed projects that say we aren't going to continue the increase.
