He will be indicted because the Grand Jury will be made up of people who hate Trump and are willing to follow the DA. If they don't indict it will be a major story.

The jurors and the state aren't allowed to leak testimony but witnesses can talk about their own testimony. There is no prohibition about announcing a grand jury.

Just assuming here, but they probably have an analyst saying the wrong valuation was used for loan documents. It’s nothing, but you can get headlines for the next year with a sham investigation and trial.
