The dude that hit the little girl was too busy being on his cell to video the exchange and NOT paying attention to what was in front of him as he was accelerating forward and turning. The kids and adult on bicycles were in the crosswalk and had the right of way. Hopefully the kids are okay but he's fricked and likely will be cited on multiple charges. He'll be lucky to not be sued by the parents too.

I would support both those frickers catching a charge of some kind. Doesn’t matter what side you’re on willfully causing distractions in traffic deserves accountability.

Driving needs to be a full time, full attention activity... both these MoFos took asinine risks just to posture on each other. Just because the (D) hit them doesn't mean the Idiot (R) couldn't have easily had a similar outcome.

1.) What law was broken?
2.) The cars were stopped while that was happening. If you and a neighbor were talking in a residential area while stopped, and your dumbass neighbor starts to drive while still talking to you, are you were responsible for what he hits?

Okay... but passenger in the non accident car was still engaging.
I think it sucks all around and people need to give more attention to driving and their passengers need to not distract their or other drivers.

Maybe he road raged against a Tesla and the guy not in a Tesla pulled out his phone and recorded him at the next stop.
