Agreed. It’s a civil matter if no crime has been committed. Cops don’t intervene in civil matters. It turned into a crime when she tried to stab someone. They intervened at that point.

And yeah. I’ve known 2 CPS workers over the last few years. The judicial system fails these kids in bad situations very routinely. They pull kids out of meth addict and abusive homes and the judicial system puts the kids right back in the situation with very moderate disciplinary actions to the parents/guardians. Really sad to see and hear the stories.

So wait, this is the fault of a bunch of social workers and not the police???? But, but I thought social workers were going to solve all the police shootings if they just got some of the funding police are getting....

I wonder if that foster home, isn't really a teenage brothel.

You mean a brothel that should be the target of that human trafficking law the Feds have been contorting to bust people for decades long prison sentences?

Funny how white supremacy came out of nowhere to overtake human trafficking as the #1 menace in our country (secret: neither is anywhere near #1).

Yeah, I would not be surprised if more charges are filed against members of the home after the dust from this (unfortunately justified) shooting settles.

Lol this is why people suck, literally nothing truthful about this incident was running around social media.

You mean like how My'Kia didn't really make the call, wasn't the one that needed protecting, and the cops didn't high five each other and shout "Blue Lives Matter"!?

And it was all the police officer’s fault
quote:

Records obtained by the AP showed that police have taken at least 13 reports related to foster children who went missing from Moore's home since 2017, as well as other issues there. Moore didn't return messages seeking comment comment from Insider or the AP.

Torrence previously told Insider that Bryant's biological family is considering legal action and believes the foster system failed Bryant.

A spokeswoman for Franklin County Children Services - the agency that runs the foster program in Columbus - declined to say whether Moore is continuing to care for foster children after Bryant's death at her home, citing confidentiality guidelines.
Again, why was she even in foster care? Why could her mother not care for her?

Stop abandoning your kids.

Hey bro....it’s they culture....they are not just simply abandoning their kids....they are gifting them to the community to all be raised together as one, in harmony.

Cultcha....where 16 year olds get a little knifey and start poking around all in good fun (sometimes, often perhaps, you get the random bleed out....but hey, it’s cultcha)

I actually do feel bad that these kids were raised in such obviously terrible conditions and with no parental guidance whatsoever. Sure as shite doesn’t mean the cop wasn’t justified to shoot though.

It is more likely just a profit center for the woman who lives there. From what I understand, there is a lot of gubmint $$$ thrown at foster parents, so it attracts some people who really don't care about the kids, just the money they can make off of them.
