One, how many MAW kids are old enough to take the vaccine?

Two, isn’t it a lot fricking simpler to make their celebrity of choice, like John Cena, just take the vaccine instead?

It just doesn't take that long to shed yourself of any goodwill you might have developed through decades of good, hard work.

And there goes my donation to them. Not much, but still not going to support this garbage.

Any other good conservative Christian foundations out there that do a similar thing?

For the record...kids with serious ailments, that can cut their lives to early, are my feels kryptonite.

One of my sons was a recipient of make a wish and it was great for the family in general . That you would have to give the back to a already unhealthy child is ludicrous

Why does the wish kid need a Vax? Aren't they terminally ill anyway?

so they want to force a sick child to take an experimental vaccine that has documented cardiac side effects in children?

wtf?

This is little more than a strong arm move to force compliance.

My friend's daughter was a MAW kid some years ago. She was battling her second round of leukemia. She got to swim with sharks in Hawaii.

That was about 10 years ago and she's doing well and in full remission, likely forever, after a successful marrow transplant.

Not saying I agree with forcing them to vaccinate, especially when they're already in a weakened state... but they're not necessarily terminal in all cases. Many are "Prognosis: not too good".

The last couple years have whittled me down to MAW and St Jude - this just makes my charitable donations easier

Eat a dick! I’m glad your friends daughter is in remission, but that’s not a typical outcome. MAW is not about deciding what kids deserve it based on probability of a cure ( for lack of a better term). My son is a MAW kid. He has cyclic fibrosis. While he is not in the throes of death, he still has a terminal disease for which there is no cure. MAW is about providing kids that are going through tough times a glimpse of happiness and to provide memories for that child and family. So GTFOH with “most of them live anyway”.

Some of those kids won’t be able to get the vaccine. Are they making exceptions for them?

No exceptions! They can get the vaccine if they quit clinging to life.

It didn't sound like it. The whole family needs to get poisoned.

Your neighborhood church...whatever the denomination. I have found, by and large, that those distribute funds for mission (local and abroad) work most responsibly.
