quote:I don’t know. Is that a criminal act?
In August 2016, why did Trump’s campaign manager Paul Manafort share internal swing-state polling data with Konstantin Kilimnik, a Russian business associate with ties to Russian intelligence?
quote:How about we rely on the words of Mueller himself?
You should have read the entire Mueller report instead of Barr's disingenuous summary.
From Robert Mueller’s Congressional testimony (no ellipses necessary)
quote:
COLLINS: Thank you. Is it true, the evidence gathered during your investigation -- given the questions that you've just answered, is it true the evidence gathered during your investigation did not establish that the president was involved in the underlying crime related to Russian election interference as stated in Volume 1, page 7?
MUELLER: We found insufficient evidence of the president's culpability.
COLLINS: So that would be a yes.
MUELLER: Pardon?
COLLINS: That would be a yes.
MUELLER: Yes.
COLLINS: Thank you. Isn't it true the evidence did not establish that the president or those close to him were involved in the charged (ph) Russian computer hacking or active measure conspiracies or that the president otherwise had unlawful relationships with any Russian official, Volume 2, page 76? Correct?
MUELLER: I will leave the answer to our report.
COLLINS: So that is a yes. Is that any (ph) true your investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with Russian government in election interference activity, Volume 1, page 2; Volume 1, page 173?
MUELLER: Thank you. Yes.

Yes. Cooperating with a foreigner to influence an election is.
quote:As the report stated, that meant that they did not find sufficient evidence to prove that Trump/his campaign was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
MUELLER: We found insufficient evidence of the president's culpability.
The Mueller Report stated that they were unable to prove whether/what Kilimnik used the polling data for.
Mueller only learned about Manafort and the polling data in January 2016, and since Barr shut down the investigation as soon as he was appointed AG in February 2016, Mueller was unable to follow up on the Manafort situation..

Link to Barr shutting down mueller investigation in 2016, nearly a year before trump took office? Considering the investigation went on for years, and Barr wasn’t appointed until 2019. you’re smoking something.

quote:Your above "you keep doing it" post was at 1:53, you dishonest POS. It has nothing to do with the posts at issue.
Now what in "you keep doing it" shows specific response to any specific tripe you posted?
The post I was responding to was your 4:09 post. That post of yours said:
quote:
IslandBuckeye: The post you are questioning was self explanatory to anyone with a lick of common sense.
So I'm going to repeat my last post to you since your are twisting up like a pretzel trying to duck it.
quote:
Texridder:Why don't you explain exactly how the post I was questioning was self explanatory and makes good sense?
And, so you can't try to weasel/slither out again, here are the background posts involved that I was responding to -- and the last one from bhtigerfan -- the one that you get to explain:
quote:
bhtigerfan:Because Obama’s father was from Kenya? Would it be racist if Obama’s father was from Sweden?
quote:
Texridder: No. It wouldn't. Because what race would then be being prejudiced?
quote:
bhtigerfan; Okay, retard, let me see if I can explain this to you simply because I know you’re slow.
For once in your sad stupid life, try to dismiss race for a second.
Obama’s father was a foreigner. It doesn’t make a flying frick what country he was from, he was foreign. There were rumors that Obama was born in said foreign country, thus bringing into question his citizenship.
There it is all laid out for you. Try not to weasel out again (although I expect you will).

You got anything else or just the mistake in the dates?

We understand that this is a very difficult time for you. You've invested 4 years into believing a fairy tale and you just haven't reached the acceptance phase of the grief cycle. You'll get there.

Just curious, why do you think in August 2016 Manafort shared internal swing-state polling data with Kilimnik, a Russian with ties to Russian intelligence?

ust curious, why do you think in August 2016 Manafort shared internal swing-state polling data with Kilimnik, a Russian with ties to Russian intelligence?
In any case, the polling data was predominantly part of the public record, and there was still no evidence that Kilimink put any of it to use (despite the accidental revelation of Manafort’s sharing of polling data in January 2019, Mueller had been investigating the Manafort/Kilimink connection almost from the start).

So after 3 years of investigation he only found a key player after it was almost over?

Why does the Clinton camp then get a free pass on using Russian sources for campaign information?

Can you translate what that emoji means as far as Barr shutting the investigation down in February 2019?
