Kyle Rittenhouse didn't find out about the FBI drone surveillance video until late in his trial. FBI didn't offer that up at all. I suppose one could argue that state of Wisconsin was bringing charges so state wouldn't provide this exculpatory evidence since the FBI had it. But to let people rot while withholding evidence is this country's mantra in judiciary proceedings.

This Julie Kelly lady is one to keep up on for J6 stuff. Heard an interview with her last week, and its wild/sad/infuriating how J6rs are being treated.
Moving them around so they get "lost." One judge said that one guys family can't use money from a GiveGetGo acct that was set up for them. These lefties are straight evil people.

The J6 case is the weakest and most political of all of them. Don’t get me wrong. They are all politically motivated BS. The J6 case requires morons to ignore his actual words from that day and believe he was speaking in code.

I don't disagree.
I think they are all pretty weak MAYBE except for the Documents case in SFlorida which should give him at least some cause for concern. (no other former President would ever have been charged for it IMO, but that doesn't mean it can't be bad)

There's much more in the indictment than what he said "that day". In fact most of it rests on statements and machinations prior to that day.

Trumps lawyers can be read-in for his defense. The information can be seen in a SCIF. The DOJ just stood up another for his TS documents in maralago trial.
The absurdity is that Trump asked for his scif in maralago to be decertified for his defense to see the classified evidence more readily…..in the trial where he kept the classified documents in his own, certified, scif….that underwent $400k in upgrades before the “incident” in question happened.
Another infuriating pull by Jack smith. He ordered some of those classified documents to be so sensitive, that they can only be viewed in DC, in a special scif, that no notes could be taken. So trump asked for one of the special scifs be stood up in the Miami district, which the court agreed.
