He will continue to pad it with debt to keep growth indicators rising.
These growth indicators are wonderful for Investors, they arent doing shite for hourly workers.

Our deep freezer broke and completely defrosted while we were out of town so we never got (had) to eat that cake. My husband secretly ordered a perfect replica of the top tier of our wedding cake and had it overnighted from NOLA so we could still take part in the tradition. I didn't say he would. In fact I said ITT that Trump's desire to spend more on defense funding is worrisome. He can cut the budget in other areas though and I hope he is true to his word to let Elon and Ron Paul try.
