I did a little research on the Venezuelan Navy and we might be in for a tough battle.

They have a sub, frigate, and 25 patrol boats

Also, they are so poor they couldnt afford the logistics to send a military to Puerto Rico.

I reckon this helps answer my thread from the other day on how Trump is going to handle VE.

The Venezuelan Navy consist of 1 sub, 1 frigate, 25 patrol boats, 4 landing ship tanks (those are WW2 vintage) and 3 auxiliary ships. so they're not going to be invading anybody anytime in the foreseeable future.

Sad thought...wonder if we'll see stuff we left in Afghanistan in the hands of VE, Brazil, etc. I'm sure Cartels are working on it.

Clearly it won't do much, but still. Just hacks me that one of our biggest advantages in the ME, and essentially places like VE, was that they were using old tech.

Ok, since when does Venezuela’s dictator command Brazil’s armed forces?

No clue. Brazil doesn't really like Venezuela. In November of last year Venezuela recalled their ambassador to Brazil because Brazil vetoed Venezuela's inclusion into BRICS. And that is following Brazil not recognizing the Venezuela election just a month or two earlier.

I’m good with that.

PR is basically the “you killed it, you bought it” prize of the Spanish American War.

Correct but I suppose it has some strategic importance but those folks can vote anytime they want for sovernty but will never do it. Food stamps and welfare checks from Uncle Sam are way more important.

Why are y’all taking him seriously?

Don’t you know he’s like Trump, just “exaggerating” and being “verbose”?

It's very nice of Venezuela's dictator to commit Brazilian troops to an armed conflict with the United States over a piece of real estate that no longer serves any American purpose. Hillary Clinton saw to that when she spearheaded closing the Vieques Naval Gunnery Range and the accompanying Roosevelt Roads Naval Station.

My wishlist is that Trump & the good leaders of this world TAKE OUT MADURO!!!

He is a POS BULLY, he Preys on the innocent and weak citizens of Venezuala.

My fiance’ is from Caracas as i’ve stated on here before.

The stories she tells me, the look on her face and sound of her voice when she talks about the Tyranny and the Hell Hole that Chavez started and now Maduro is finishing, makes me want to suit up and go f@ck that punk up with my bare hands, that’s the kind of hate i’ve got for Maduro!

Recently, that a-hole tightened down on the country with the military and my woman’s remaining family down there are basically prisoners in their own homes.

IT IS RUTHLESS what’s going on down there! And anyone making light of it or not take it serious, you have no idea how bad it is down there, no human being should ever be treated like that. And sometimes when this has happened to societies, that’s a war I can support for liberation against defenseless people.

it’s become a North Korea type of Tyranny. You speak out, you get kidnapped and tortured.

and as USA citizens, YES, it is a problem for us and something Trump should go after and do some real regime change. This would be a foreign war I would volunteer to go fight!

BECAUSE, many on here don’t realize it, but the REALLY BAD TERRORIST that have been professionally trained in the Middle East and sent to our Souther Border, THEY FLY INTO VENEZUALA first and are accommodated by the MADURO REGIME that is sponsored, backed and run by CHYYYYNA & IRAN.

They took over Venezuala with DOMINION VOTING MACHINES back in 1999-2000 to plant Chavez in there, and just like the communist cancer they are, they DESTROYED THE CROWN JEWEL OF SOUTH AMERICA, more wealth per capita than the USA if you really put pen to paper. The Oil, Gold and natural resources are as abundant than any other region in the world and now the poor people are dumpster diving for their next meal.

FRICK MADURO & I HOPE THIS INVASION OF PUERTO RICO IS TRUE SO THAT MF’er can FAFO!!!!

I would sign up for this war if ever needed, it’s a cause that needs addressing, those people are getting slammed.

& the main issue we do have to intervene down there for is that the Communist have taken over Brazil the same year they stole 2020. They have appointed a communist POS in Colombia and overall are slowly taking over S. America which is NOT GOOD!

typing on my phone, so for the “Grammar Police”, give me a pass.

Link to what happened this past week in Venezuala BELOW:

and for your troublesi I present another link on why we should save Venezuala, the Women have a reputation of being the most Beautiful in the World, 1st Place in having 7 Champion “Miss World Trophies” & 6 Miss Universe (2nd behind USA), BUT, much smaller country, and yes, my woman is super hot, No pics, but she is just as beautiful as the girls in the below link (in my kind, she is more beautiful for the record) no brag, just facts.

It is sad how that place had gotten, and the 20year turn should be highlighted more by the Right here. Its not though, even though millions trekked themselves up here the last 4 yrs. It's a clear lack of messaging that the Repub party drops.

Question though: I thought the Chavez voting system he built was Smartmatic, not Dominion. Is there a connection in their orgins?

BTW - I started this thread the other day, perhaps you can help clear up some of the confusion I had. does-trump-get-involved-in-venezuela
