Which is the worse example of neo-Blaxploitation in the Marvel Universe? Why?

You’re in troll mode today my friend.

But I liked the black panther movie. However he was white in the original comics right?

TLDR at the end.

I assume you mean the comics, which I can't attest to. But I've seen the cinematic versions.

Black Panther exploited the black community. It was treated like it had the first black hero to ever star in a movie. Add in idiots like Kamala Harris saying "wakanda forever" and it just got ridiculous. It was vastly overrated as far as overall quality. They made what should have just been another good Marvel movie and made it all about the race of the characters.

Luke Cage was never given that kind of attention that I saw, but it had the feel of a blaxploitation movie, which is fine. I assume the character was originally created in the 70s when that genre was popular. One stupid thing they did was put that idiot woman from ESPN in an episode. Her name escapes me, but she's the one that got fired for constantly bringing up political garbage. Outside of that, it was a fairly boring show; the actor that played Cage is about as wooden an actor as you could get, and the supporting cast wasn't enough to help. The female villain was awful as well.

TLDR: the situation surrounding Black Panther was insulting to all potential viewers, so I'd say that movie was the worst offender.

Neither. Black Dynamite is the correct answer.

The what now?
You probably remember the Blaxploitation films of the 1970s. “Shaft” and “Superfly” are probably the best-known exemplars. One definition is
quote:

films ... set in the contemporary urban milieu, they romanticized the iconography of the black ghetto — its subcultural styles in dress, speech, behaviour and attitudes — and glorified the ghetto as a kind of noble jungle. The films often contained a lot of sex and violence, and their heroes were invariably shown coming out on top in confrontations with the white establishment.
Netflix’s Luke Cage fits the description almost perfectly. Black Panther changes the setting, but otherwise is a textbook example.

No, I did not read the comics. I am discussing cinematic productions.

No, the comics were first-wave Blaxploitation. I am discussing the cinematic interpretations 40 years later.

Definitely fits the genre, but not Marvel. I also considered Black Lightning, but it is DC.

Not really. Black Dynamite is a spoof. It's also better than Black Panther or Luke Cage. I wouldn't consider those two as neo-blaxploitation either, whatever that means.
