CIA doesnt need reasons and doesnt seem to care about people. They just want results. If arming Ukraine doesn't seem to be working, just create the next "disaster".
But anyway, I wasn't serious they would do that, just giving an example that no matter if it blows or not, it WILL be blamed on Russia regardless of who does it.

I mostly agree with this. Losing power alone won't do it,but if the plant is damaged it could very well cause significant damage.

Well I can give you a good clue. The Ukrainian Army would not shell a nuclear power plant on the land they are trying so hard to drive the Russian Army off of. They wouldn’t risk blowing that thing up otherwise they could lose the land they call home for the next 100 or 200 years or more.

Don’t be shocked if this does not change things. I can see very easy a SF unit going in and taking that power plant and holding it. If that happens that will change things about a no fly zone over the country. I guess it would be a Ranger Unit that would draw that duty if they chose to do so. I know they take airfields. You can’t have Russia shelling a nuke plant. It’s to dangerous. The fallout could spread everywhere in short time. This could change things about boots on the ground. Dangerous situation in a lot of ways.
