OK. now help me out here. Doesn't any constitutional amendment have to be introduced and voted on by the La Legislature to bring before the voters?
What really needs to be done is to have a La constitutional convention and tear up the current one and start over.

Technically, yes. Regardless this idiotic tax has been on the books for decades. ANd it needs to be wiped off the La Constitution.
This stupid, idiotic tax has been a YUGE job killer in Louisiana.
