Durham, NC
The shooting was not random as it broke out "between two groups that knew each other" and that they "were not indiscriminately firing," according to NBC News.
While the total number of people involved remains uncertain, Andrews said many of the perpetrators quickly fled the scene. Police, however, have a suspect in custody, as well as several witnesses. At least one weapon was recovered.
Tacoma, WA
Police were called to the Tacoma Mall just after 7 p.m. Friday for reports of a shooting. A spokesperson said officers working in the mall saw a small group that got into a dispute and escalated with gunfire.
Lancaster, PA
The fight started between "several males" near a JC Penney around 2:25 p.m.
"One of the subjects was armed with a handgun and during the incident, multiple gunshots were fired," the Lancaster Bureau of Police said.
Milpitas, CA
Around 5:30 p.m., Milpitas police received reports of a fight, possibly involving a knife, that had broken out among several people inside the mall.
"When they arrived at the scene, there was also unrelated reports of a possible shooting that had occurred within the Burlington Coat Factory
store located on mall property," said Milpitas Police Department Captain John Torrez.
San Bernardino, CA
A shooting at the Mall of Victor Valley on Friday night left one man dead and two people injured, including a young child.
Gunfire reportedly erupted outside the mall’s Red Robin restaurant Friday night, sending two people to the hospital.
Cody and Leanne Anderson of Hesperia were dining at Red Lobster
across the parking lot from the mall around 8 p.m. when they saw 15 to 20 sheriff’s patrol cars pulling up, they said.

Hmm, you seem a bit cryptic in what you’re saying here Mr Goldfinger! For the life of me I can’t tell what you’re hinting at…I mean if it’s those damned Amish gang banging again just spit it out already!

I have looked forward to Black Friday videos of fights over deals for years. People must be afraid of someone pulling a gun over $5 DVDs this year.

Here in Franklin TN 84% of its residents are Caucasian. If you went to the mall you would think 84% of its residents were black.

I don't shop on Black Friday. My family quit giving Christmas gifts 13 years ago. We now take a vacation instead. Rent a vacation home on the lake, relax, and enjoy each other's company. Low stress, no fuss.

This is zero chance of gun violence when shopping online in my den, with the fireplace going, football on TV, and gumco on the stove.
I haven't been to a mall in decades.
