The nuances of my beliefs are irrelevant to the point that I made. I get that it's frustrating that I limit your ability to construct your straw man, but that isn't my problem.

brother this whole discussion is you saying free speech is absolute and the law says otherwise.

you lost it's over nothing you say arguing it is absolute is true, nothing.

you may think it's true and at this point i'd love to see you test the theory out

What does the Constitution say?

This means nothing coming from two people who had to be walked through the branches of government.

If you think goofy totally unrelated anecdotes are somehow a valid defense in a courtroom setting, boy oh boy do I have a surprise for you!

Perhaps you overlooked the third and sixth paragraph I typed out?

Alex Jones' Constitutionally protected and guaranteed civil rights were egregiously violated. First and Eighth Amendments, infringed and ignored.

Let's not choose to focus on the anecdotal yet incontrovertible evidence of hypocrisy within the established systems, but instead hone in on the larger point I was making... That AJ has been Constitutionally raped by the very system designed explicitly to protect his inherent liberties. Same thing with J6ers and Trump along with his allies. If even half of the persecution and lawfare being weaponized against Trump had been pointed at BHO after he left office, the ACLU probably would have already had their masses of sheep and puppets raze this entire globe to the ground. And was there ample evidence to charge BHO with crimes? See "Fast and Furious" for starters, and then go down the rabbit hole from there.

Pointing out satellite secondary and tertiary issues still within the basic judicial spectrum in my response, doesn't make the premise of my remarks any less valid.

The word "absolute" is conspicuously missing. If you think the Alex Jones trial was unconstitutional you should file your own lawsuit.

Be nice....I appreciate that to some degree....but if I was a Sandy Hook family my first instict would be violence. But I would settle for ruining him financially.

Just another ignorant person. Try checking out all the things he foretold was coming, not by guessing, but by reading stuff no one else does.

So, if he tells you 20 years ago they have farms where they are harvesting human organs by growing them in pigs, then in 2018 we can see the very same thing in actual press clippings, was he crazy, or are you just not informed?

So, is it true that they are turning frogs gay? Well, READ its now known that the stuff the Gov. are putting in to our water supplies is why we are having such an uptick in Homosexual kids. People like you are the ignorant ones

...and I understand that.

However, I tend to lean away from allowing emotion and government to override natural rights.

The caveman part of my brain would love about 10 minutes of anything goes with those cowards from WBC, but that's not how we should do things.

But no such thing ever happened. And no court (to date) agrees with you at all.

If you read the case, you’d know this. He lost because he withheld/destroyed evidence. His rights were (and still are) intact.

Defamation is not a right.

Nope. And that’s not what the case is about.

Have you read it? Maybe start there.

Maybe read it.

It’ll probably clear up a lot of tough questions you're struggling with.

Well you keep asking the same stupid question so you’re clearly struggling with something.

Given that, hard to imagine you have any kinda grasp on this thing.
