And a bunch of non-black persons currently go to and have went to HBCUs such as Howard - and have graduated from them. Her going to Howard should not be a qualifier for being a black person. In other words, you do not have to be of black or African background by any means to attend or instruct at an HBCU. Another freaking piece of crap lie fed by the MSM/Pravda.
