Lolyd Austin Sec/Def abandoned 7,100,000,000 dollars of mil. eq. in Afganistan. Charges?

Perhaps should take a page from the democrates stated intensions to impeach Hegseth, and bring Austin up on dereliction for abandoning 7.1 billion dollars of military equipment in Afganistan. If the dems want to talk about a school getting hit by mistake, maybe the issue of Authorizing taking planes off from Kabul knowing people were hanging off the outside that fell to their death is a worthy topic also.
Maybe Trumps group needs to start this now, rather than waiting for the dems to start impeaching in January.
What ever, the hearing will be fun, as pictures of Darth Vader and people falling off planes gets lots of exposure.

$7.1 billion. The original estimate which included all the materials and equipment at Bagram AFB was closer to $85 billion and the reasoning by Austin was the logistical operation to secure and remove all the US equipment and property was cost prohibitive. So why not destroy all of it then Darth Vader?

I don’t know what world you are living on. Trumps group isn’t going to be starting anything at all. There will be no budgets passed until the new year and any budget that does get passed will have democrat leaning language in it. Trump effectively has zero power and what’s worse is he has lost support from many of the remaining congressional GOP members. Democrats won’t have a difficult time getting flips.
