I'd lay a dollar to a stick of gum that the vast majority of her money DID NOT come from anywhere close to Wyoming.
My be is that money is coming from outsiders - never-Trumpers and RINOs in elite enclaves like DC, Manhattan, Los Angeles, SF, and others.
