If you are serious. People like you and Candace et al...will use the defense... where he said essentially they got nothing from ATF or the FBI.
You will fail in hearing the prosecutuon saying the ATF and FBI provided what was asked.
The defense is doing their job being divisive lending fodder for Candace imbeciles, and delaying a case with a confession and firing squad sentence.
The prosecutor said essentially..Any T"s the defense wants crossed will be done at preliminary.

He was confused and when I explained the situation to him, he agreed with me and called them a derogatory word.
This was a case where people were acting emotionally and melting down over this missing teen girl in BR, doing the usual stuff claiming she was kidnapped and just doing the general overreaction you would expect with emotional thinking. I had to keep reminding them the odds are high she was a runaway and wasn't kidnapped.
Then they had people reporting seeing her posted to social media. And I joked that from the girl's POV all of these people following and chasing her BECAME the kidnappers. And I changed my avatar to her picture and put "Team [ her name ]" and people LOST it.
In the end, as usual, I was right.

It is doubtful that either side wants the jury sequestered. It's going to be a long trial.
The two obvious reasons are simple. The defense does not want jurors going home and watching the trial. That and of course their efforts in this respect are also dilatory. That goes without saying.
