Is he the only President that never at least gives lip service to hard working Americans and how middle class is being impacted and how he has empathy for their challenges and respect for their grind?

Foreign Policy was a great strong point for Trump. The man got multiple Middle Eastern countries to sign bilateral agreements with Israel. No major wars or military engagements. Putin didn't invade a country under Trump, etc...
