We have not heard much about the insurance situation.
Even if the burned out home owners have the money from an insurance policy they had or cash to rebuild, will they be able to get affordable insurance if they rebuild?
What insurance co. in their right mind would insure a structure in those areas without an adequate water supply and proper forestry management being completed prior to construction?
