So Candace's argument is saying that all of the prosecution evidence is hearsay a and cannot be considered, but I talked to someone who said there was no way TR used a 30.06.

When I worked in retail, I caught a shoplifter who had stolen some shorts (he simply let them fall from the hanger then stepped into them and pulled them on). He left the store then went into another store. By the time I and the mall cop got there he was still wearing the shorts and the same shoes, but had changed shirts. We're talking about a time frame of maybe 10 minutes.
