Graham argued that McConnell's view of Trump wasn't "widely shared" by most of the party and that McConnell would be wise to realize that.

"Trump is the most consequential Republican in the party," Graham said. If McConnell doesn't agree, Graham added, "he's missing a lot."

Graham’s the definition of an opportunistic career politician. I don’t trust him as far as I can throw him. Snake.

When you take a shot at a former President you had better be careful. Without Trump the party is done.

Every time one of these weak Republicans is up for reelection, we're told that no other Republican could win that seat and it will go to a dim if we don't reelect "enter RINO here".

He knows that he is in a red state and needs Trump supporters to keep his seat . He also like to play both sides.

getting judges appointed was his job as majority leader of the senate. it was the minimum requirement for the job. in all of his years in the senate, can anyone name any particular issue he has taken a stand on, advocated for? any bedrock conservative issue that he is known for? he has been a placeholder. he is a leader who isn't a leader. he's a leader in name only

Republican leadership has been so passive, so reticent, so staid and cowed for so long. new leadership is badly needed. Ted, I hope you are rested up from your vacation.

The party is done. I’m not going to vote Republican ever again in its current state.

The GOP existed long before Donald Trump and will exist long after.

Lindsey loves to play both sides of the fence.

He cannot be trusted.

Looks like little Lindsey is jockeying for Mitch’s position.

It's not that he's "missing a lot." It's that he just got reelected and doesn't give a royal f*ck about the people who put him back in office.

Lindsey is a perfect example of the strategy:

"keep your friends (turtle) close and your enemies (Trump) closer".
