Graham receives establishment support, including from POTUS, he’s a long time incumbent who serves on the most powerful committee in Congress, and he is essentially bankrolled by the military industrial complex and the pro-Israel lobby. In a small, relatively poor state like South Carolina, that makes it virtually impossible for any challenger to compete in any way.
