I think most only have a surface understanding of both. Just because someone is called an “expert” and has numbers in columns and slide decks and can give a narrative to a photo or vid doesn’t mean what they’re telling you is facts or proven...especially when you have to ignore all the stronger countervailing evidence and explanations from people who are acting against their self-interest politically.

Further if the “facts proven” you rely upon require the support of ever expanding circles of theoretical conspiracies, you might NOT be standing on firm ground.

Why does it bother you that half the country has seen enough evidence that they wanted it thoroughly investigated and the truth to come out? Are you against the truth, or just happy your guy got in no matter how it happened?

Well, first of all, it doesn’t bother me one bit. I’m not trying to stop you, I’m making fun of you. Big difference. You guys are basically flat earthers at this point. Fun to laugh at but not worth actually engaging at any level.

You're of the opinion that everything was on the up and up? No funny business whatsoever in the Presidential race, anywhere?

I have yet to see indisputable empirical evidence of it. And no, I do not consider an IMovie project by an infomercial spokesman to be indisputable empirical evidence. Some of you guys are literally letting this change the direction of your lives. The real sad thing is that, deep down, even though you won’t admit it, you know it’s all bullshite.

If those .jpegs you copied and pasted from a Google search are you’re idea of indisputable evidence, then it actually makes sense how some of y’all were convinced to break into the damn Capitol building.

Hasn't Dominion already sued him? He can file an anti-SLAPP (strategic lawsuit against public participation) to have case thrown out and get his attorney's fees. Other than that, not sure what else he can do based on general taxpayer standing (sorry, it's pretty well-settled).

Slander? They lied when they said he lied.

I think there's an important distinction to be drawn between the sometimes harsh application of laws and relevant burdens required to be met in a court of law...versus...one's ability to utilize inference and intuition and common sense etc etc outside of the court system.

I guess to keep it as pithy as possible, what applies is "it's not what you know it's what you can prove, and you can't always prove what you know." In other words, despite what has or hasn't succeeded in court regarding these matters, the aforementioned intuition/inference/common sense as well as various assortment of observations of all sorts has indeed led me, personally, to the conclusion that election fraud, combined with misapplication of unconstitutional voting laws and rules, in key locations did alter the outcome of the election. Can I march into court and prove it to the legal extent required....no, but then again I'm not personally tasked with that. But I'm otherwise convinced to a satisfactory degree. It's probably fair to say that we are all convinced of certain things for which we haven't necessarily been presented airtight evidence to the courthouse degree.

Yeah, what's next? Are "some of us" going to start paying attention to the rantings of a mentally-challenged bartender?
