You can assume whatever you want. It doesn't mean that your thoughts, assumptions or beliefs are worth a damn.
Let's just work this one out:
Alleged witness states they have evidence that they will only show to three people.
If the three people don't accept evidence, then they must also be guilty of crime.
I'm just trying to figure out how you bridged statement one and two?
My bridge would have been: Witness believes that the situation is so dangerous that they are the only people that he knows isn't in the inside.
If they did not accept, it would be because they do not believe him, or they do believe him but don't think they make it out of that situation on top (whether it be physical health or risk being called psychotic themselves).
So, how did you arrive at the conclusion that they must also be guilty? Or, like your political beliefs, there isn't much thought behind your question?

The judge is fricking out of line. You don't base a removal of an attorney on a lawsuit that was filed in a separate jurisdiction that you disagree with. The judge is presuming a whole lot of things here, and frankly this seems like horseshite. (I'd have liked it better if he'd have just said removal is based upon threatening the judiciary and mental illness. He could have ordered a competency exam.) I'd like to see the pleadings and the order beyond that snippet though....
