And most of the sub-prime loans were made by entities that were not regulated by the Community Reinvestment Act.
That was just an excuse made up to deflect responsibility away from the Bush administration.

He hasn't done anything to make my life worse.
Well his lack of concern for puerto rico has made the lives of people i know worse, but you know with the genius of this board, puerto rico isn't a part of america.

I never said mortgage companies made loans I said they initiated the loans. Where do you think REITS got their protfolios from. Where did Wall Street get the portfolios of mortgages for their secularized mortgage pools?
