i still say that the best way to fix the court is contained in john grishams book, "the pelican briefs"....i fully believe that it was done with scalia, so turnabout is fair play

It depends on what question you're asking. The court would have had a liberal justice if Clinton had prevailed, thereby flipping the court. For such only "keeps the seat" once Trump win.

Gorsuch is not a moral victory you idiot. He's literally why a shite ton of skeptical republicans voted Trump and their senate republican and that's to save the Supreme Court.
If it went the other way, we would be dealing a nominee left of RGB from a democrat senate and President Clinton and that would be a fricking nightmare for people who actually follow the constitution.
