You're not thinking correctly here. We do not have any constitutional rights. We the People have ALL the rights. From our inherent rights we granted government a portion. Those that were not specifically transferred to the government, nor specifically prohibited to the States or the People, remain the rights of the States and the People respectively.
It's time we quit worrying about government clamping down on OUR constitutional rights, and time we announced to the government that because of the national emergency caused by their actions, we are revoking THEIR constitutional rights.

There won't be a Civil War in America. The average American values their comfort over their freedom. Not a single American bucked at warrantless wiretaps or tax increases or anything else unconstitutional but they sure did raise cane about an inconvenient mask.

Trust in the legacy media is at an all time low. Trust in our government’s messaging is at an all time low. A major false flag event would just have people hiding out at home waiting to find out the truth but knowing that the initial messaging would be political spin. Instead of fomenting a civil war, I could see a major false flag event occurring near election time to support massive mail-in balloting. Bc fear. The Dems & MSM would reiterate the danger & constantly push for mail-in ballots till they got it. Anyone not supporting mail-in ballots labeled a death-monger, unpatriotic, a vote suppressor, etc, etc…and we get Election 2020 2.0.

If the last two years has taught us anything, it should be that they can invoke anything they want. Enforcing it, especially once you have pushed the patriots to violence and arms, is a whole other can of worms.
