I’ll start:

On June 27, 1954, democratically elected Guatemalan president Jacobo Árbenz Guzmán was deposed in a CIA-sponsored coup to protect the profits of the United Fruit Company. Arbenz was replaced by decades of brutal U.S.-backed regimes who committed widespread torture and genocide. LINK

Bordaberry won a likely fraudulent election in 1971 in Uruguay, backed by the CIA.

Full-on coup in 1973.

Do inventing countries count? Roosevelt invented Panama when Columbia would not let us build the canal.

George Clooney and Obama invented South Sudan.

Conventional CIA methods, I see Libya isnt mentioned yet.

Speaking of Roosevelts, Kermit Roosevelt was the grandson of Teddy Roosevelt and was the CIA agent who led the Iran coup.
