Letlow is a classic dogshit Trump-backed candidate who has no business being in the Senate. She’s lucky she won.

Where do you lean politically?

Another terrible candidate picked by Trump, but at least she won.

I’ve never voted for a Democrat and voted for Trump three times.

Okay, good.

So, on what issues do you fear Letlow will come down counter to what you would want?

Was Letlow involved in a primary, or did the emperor just declare her the candidate?

I appreciate that coming from a moron like you. It’s probably time for you to go to bed with your Trump doll and your Trump Bible and call it a night.

GOP morons do not get out like dems for midterms. maybe they will learn now

GOP flipped 63 House seats and six senate seats in the 2010 midterms. GOP flipped 13 House seats and nine senate seats in 2014 midterms. GOP flipped nine House seats in the 2022 midterms. The GOP consistently shows up in midterms. This was a rejection of a candidate that went rogue in his second term thinking he was invincible and his actions would not have political consequences or not caring.

This was not about GOP not getting out in midterms. Tonight was a culmination of the last 18 years since the worst political mistake in the last 54 years when a decorated war veteran and moderate Republican chose Sarah Palin as his running mate and forever changed the trajectory of this country. This is a referendum.

Louisiana against a shitty Democratic candidate

I’m not sure he was a shitty Dem candidate. The guy is actually kind of a baw. He fishes bass tournaments, hunts and farms.

His politics tended to remind me of a Clinton Democrat.

Will be interesting to see if she becomes a Muh Bi-Partisan “across the aisle” RINO when she gets a taste of the power up in DC. MAGAS won’t be very popular when she arrives.

She (along with John Fleming) knocked out incumbent Senator Bill Cassidy in the Party Primary

She then defeated Fleming in the Party Primary run-off to get to tonight

A lot of what she got might have been due to having Trump's backing... but she did win 2 rounds of the primaries (including knocking out the incumbent)

Not me. After I saw Florida's close victories for Senate and Gov and South Carolina losing the senate, I would have taken a 1 vote victory.

It was just one of those nights where the RINO's showed up to vote for Democrats and a lot of real Rep's staying home.

Those stupid people think they just wanted to give the Republicans a little spanking. Instead, they just destroyed the country.

Some of you Trumpers are so blinded by loyalty.m you won’t even let objective evidence into your logic.

You must be new to this thing, but low voter turnout ALWAYS benefits Republicans. That makes last night that much more shocking. If there had been high voter turnout this bloodbath would have been worse.

A lot of moderates and even conservatives voted Democrat last night because Republicans have shite the bed the last two years when we were in complete control. Texas, SC and MS senate races are very clear examples.
