Because it's not an ideology that is being deployed here. It's a tactic. Break things down and try to fill the void with communist fascism. Communism isn't so much of an ideology (that's why Communist China and Communist N. Korea and Communist USSR are so different) as it is a tactic. A group of have nots want to destroy and take away from the haves. Once the destruction is over, those with power implement ways to keep the power.
