What actually happened was right when the anthem was ending he yelled let's go to the crowd. Maybe he should have waited a few seconds more but yeah this headline is sensationalist frick

Seriously, wtf is wrong with that guy. He has luxuries that most people can only dream of due to his talents, is not being denied cashing in those talents in any way yet he is acting like he is being held in bondage or something.

I completely agree with this. That's why I said what I said. This guy is one of the biggest virtue signaling babies and wants to be seen as an intellectual. He just isn't smart enough to not do something dumb like this. It's not a big deal. shite people yell out during that time at sporting events all the time. He just has to know everyone is watching him. I don't like LeBron at all, but this isn't a big deal

Same. He didn't storm off the court or yell in protest. Was he disrespectful? yes. But this wasn't some form of protest. He yelled "lets go" at the very end of the anthem.
